Q: What was the spark for Trane® creating the Oxbox brand?
A: I think the easiest way to describe it comes down to Ingersoll Rand’s theme at the recent International Builders’ Show in Las Vegas, “Comfort Solutions for Every Home.” With Trane and American Standard, we’ve been covering the needs for premium and mid-grade HVAC solutions comprehensively for decades. Adding Oxbox gives homeowners, builders, and property managers and owners an option carrying the Trane name that fits comfortably within tighter budgets. Not all customers want or need all the bells and whistles—they just want something that creates warm air or cold air at a fair price.
Q: So, what’s “in the box”?
A: Although the Oxbox brand itself is new, the components inside the units have been field-tested for over 5 years. We know that this is a rugged, proven solution that works, even under the toughest conditions. And although durability is key, Oxbox also delivers quiet, energy-efficient performance, too.
