BRYAN RHINEHART

Chief Executive Officer

After completing his education in the northeastern United States, Bryan made his way back to Texas and settled in Houston in 1999 to pursue technical training in HVAC. Starting as a service helper, he dived into residential replacement and new construction installation, thus beginning his journey from the ground up. Over the years, he has expanded his expertise, becoming proficient in mechanical code and air distribution, and obtaining certifications from North American Technician Excellence (NATE) in service, installation, and geothermal systems. Bryan is committed to continually growing his knowledge in the ever-changing HVAC-R industry.

JONATHAN RIVERA

Chief Operating Officer

LEAD TECHNICIAN

Starting out as an HVAC service helper fresh out of high school, Jonathan quickly demonstrated his technical skill, passion for Industry Best Practices, and genuine desire to serve his customers. His dedication helped him grow rapidly into one of Houston's finest HVAC-R technicians. In 2012, at just 20 years old, he earned his NATE certification from North America Technicians of Excellence in Service and Installation. Known for his methodical approach to his work, Jonathan also prioritizes spending every free moment with his beloved daughter and son when he's not in the field or pursuing further education.

With his unmatched can-do attitude and outstanding mechanical aptitude, Cody is passionate about all things HVAC including design, installation and service. His easygoing nature and ability to make things happen is always appreciated by both his coworkers and customers. A graduate of Highland Park High, Cody is a dedicated family man with two kids. 

REMINGTON POWERS

FIELD SUPPORT TECHNICIAN

After graduating from Needville High School near top of the class, Remy continues to lend vital support and a helping hand in the commercial / residential service and installation departments while pursuing an education in the culinary arts.  Always ready with a tool, a drop cloth, and a witty remark, he makes summers at Revolution Air run smooth.
